Contra Mestre Jorge will be in Sheffield to share his knowledge of capoeira angola. We will be working on flow, transition and motion inspired by the energy and flow of the river.

Capoeira Areia do Mar will be at the Market of African Diaspora Entrepreneurship on 4th February 2023.
There will be short open workshops in order to learn to play the instruments and songs.
